Managed Machine Protection

The University of Florida has purchased a campus wide license that covers all employees, students and faculty for McAfee VirusScan Enterprise  (VSE) products. AP-IT deploys the most current version of the VSE application to all managed machines for virus protection and updates the virus protection through a central administration console called ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO).

McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator

McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) is a administartion application that allows AP-IT to centrally manage configuration, updates and policies for McAfee VirusScan and other McAfee products.

AP-IT has a stand-alone server that manages all AP-IT Windows and Mac computers.
