For security reasons, any upgrades and additional software on ITSS-supported computers must be installed by an AP-IT employee.
Except for prepaid UF-wide site licenses, such as the Microsoft Campus Agreement, units are required to purchase and track their own software licenses, with AP-IT staff listed as the technical contact (please submit an IT Help Request with the licensing information).
Note that only software which is directly related to an employee's work should be installed on UF computers.
