Teaching and Technology: 
Associate Provost - Information Technology (AP-IT)

The primary responsibilities of AP-IT are full IT support for the Office of Academic Affairs and the Associate Provost for Teaching and Technology; leadership/coordination functions for E&G IT; and desktop and network support for units within Undergraduate Affairs and other University units at the discretion of the Provost.

Specifically, AP-IT is composed of three support areas:

• Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) for desktop and network services,
• Web & Data Services (WDS) for website, web application and database development, and
• Education & General IT (E&G IT) coordination and leadership within the larger UF IT structure.
